Called Rhodes electric because they are a QuietCool Platinum dealer/installer. Terri was very pleasant and informative, she even remembered that the original install date was my anniversary and when they had a cancelation on an earlier date she called to see if we could change it and free up my anniversary day. Josh & Dillion arrived earlier than expected and had the entire Stealth 5.5 install completed in 90 minutes. Looks great, works great & minimal noise. Would definitely recommend them! My experience with Rhodes Electric was fantastic! I initially called into to get a quote and more info on installing a Tesla Wall Charger and Terri was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They have upfront, fair, & no B.S. pricing along with incredibly knowledgeable and efficient electricians working there. An electrician came over to do a free consultation before finalizing the quote and the work involved. I decided to go with Rhodes for the Tesla Wall Charger installation & a panel upgrade because I sensed their confidence in the work and loved how easy it was to work with everyone working there. Terri helped schedule and take care of everything including all permits needed including updating me throughout the process leading up to the installation date.
