Local Roofs came out and did a detailed examination of my roof using a drone. They quickly found the problem areas, discussed them with me, and gave me a reasonable bid to make the repairs. It was time we needed a new roof. We met with and received bids from approx 5 different roofing companies. Local Roofs was the most professional, knowledgeable, communicative one we met with! Their bid was also very competitive with the others we received so it was a no brainer for us to go with them. I also appreciate how much Local Roofs donates and volunteers their time in the Conejo Valley community! They were great to work with, super efficient and even took our call after hours when we had some unexpected rain during the job site. They rushed to our aide and tarped the house. The roof is all done, looks amazing they really did a fantastic job! Many of our neighbors are asking us for their contact information and we are happily sharing referrals!
