Absolutely outstanding experience with this company. I wish all service providers could be more like Dunbar plumbing. We would all be better off. They were extremely professional and I really appreciate their attention to detail. The repair was completed perfectly and everything was cleaned up. It was as if they had never been here. I must rave about this business- from start to finish with Michelle scheduling my appointment to my amazing technician Henry!! Henry called and texted me he was on his way and was prompt!! He fixed the issue in 20 minutes and was so courteous throughout- I give this business 15 out of 10 stars as most other businesses have gone down hill since Covid- thank you Dunbar team- You will always be my go to Plummer! We have used this business before and they are excellent plumbers, the very best ; based on my previous experience I give them 5 stars. They came to fix a problem and did not inform us the plumber in their company chose not to receive a vaccine. It was not until they were in our house that I asked about vaccination, which was my error, I should have asked sooner. I had to ask him to leave prior to doing any work. It is their choice to not get a vaccine, it is my choice to not use them as a result. In these challenging times, it would be helpful it folks informed consumers prior to walking into their homes, of their vaccine status and at the same time, consumers need to ask if folks coming into their home are vaccinated, it goes both ways. Not informing ahead of time and not asking ahead of the visit is a waste of time for everyone.
