I'm very pleased with the efficiency, professionalism and customer service they provided today. Originally had 4 pieces of furniture to assemble, but one piece the dresser had some obvious damage from shipping. Mo was quick to alert me of the damages and I had to call customer service to start a QC ticket. Also when the other two pieces were completed Mo suggested another way to layout the #1 bed and #2 nightstand. He and his associate were very courteous, timely and knowledgeable. They even vacuumed the tiny particles from the box that needs to be returned. Mo brought his own tools. #3(dresser) and #4 (dresser top) product belong together, I'll make sure to call them again when the new undamaged item arrives.
