I am a over the road truck driver (owner operator) and I had a heater problem and I called Yeager. I explained my situation about not being in the state, Yeager said no problem! They were able to fit me in same day, got it going quickly, the service tech "Sly" called me personally and explained what he'd found wrong with the system and got it repaired very quickly!
