Smart Heating and Air Conditioning

My Air contidioner went out and and spoke with susie who was very helpful with scheduling for a tech to come out. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and got a tech out to check my system. Mike was great and got my Ac back on in about an hour! They were super friendly and helpful. Thank guys!

Our experience with Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was fabulous. Every part of the process was great, from our initial call about our old, dead furnace to the installation. They were very quick to respond, efficient, and professional. We'd spent a week in the cold trying to find a good, reputable service. One was a flake and another company was unresponsive. When we called Smart Heating and Air Conditioning, we got immediate attention and help. They scheduled us for the next day. The technician, Sam, arrived promptly the morning after our call to assess the situation with our 45-year old furnace. As we expected, he recommended replacing it. He offered a very reasonable estimate for the job and was able to schedule the installation for the next morning. He explained what to expect the next day. First, I cannot rave enough about the customer service . They text when they are on the way to your home. They’re quick, efficient and respectful of you & your home. Second, our new heating/cooling system is amazing. No more hot or cold spots. The air flow has improved 100% with their suggestions of how to fix that issue. A regular cleaning & maintenance plan is easy to set up (necessary) and is painless & reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We are so happy! Service: Installation
