1 star for communication only - work hasn't taken place. Tried scheduling with Joe for the last week. Reached out multiple times, and it's become a bit absurd chasing him around to do a job. He says he'll follow-up but I've had to reach out over and over again. He hasn't followed through on what he says he'll do. Can't recommend a company that doesn't communicate well with potential customers and have given up on trying to work with Joe and his company.
The guys are great. They found a problem while installing some led can lights. They were back in a week to fix it. Friendly, professional. Would use them again.
