Exact Rooter and Steven are fantastic. I have used them twice, both times were great. They are now my go-to plumber of choice. I used them first with a rental property. They coordinated with the tenant and got the repair done. The second time I used them was for a house that was about to close escrow. The realtor noticed a leak. Steven was on it and had it repaired the day escrow was closing. They always take pictures of the work that is going to be done and the finished work. Their invoices are super clear and include pictures. I have not met Steven yet since we handle everything by phone, text, and email. Five Stars! (The pictures are a few of the ones that Steven sent with the invoice).
