Had an issue with out old unit, Jonathan came out and serviced our unit, and did a few tests and notified us that we are on the short list to our unit dying. We took the plunge with Adam the salesman who came after Jonathan. They deducted the service call from Jonathan. Got busy getting it in during the cool streak we had, and ready to go before heat spell starting tomorrow. Got a fancy new Thermostat that has no idea where i live. GPS is down everywhere from the solar storms. I can now turn it on from my phone wherever I am. They were on time, courteous, cleaned up there messes too. I do believe that Jonathon deserves commendation and so does Adam. Give those men some praise and buy them a fat sandwich and a root beer! They deserve it, and the installers get them a sandwich too, they had to put up with an army of chihuahuas barking at them for 3 days! Great Job!!

Noah and Xavier were wonderful! They were so nice and kind and patient. They trouble solved, and cleaned out the washing machine hose, explained and drew a picture of exactly what was going on.
