Jonathan was knowledgeable, friendly, informative. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way and zeroed in on the problem quickly. Got the system back up and running. I dropped the ball for a backflow inspection requested & required by the City of Redlands so I called Henry Bush Plumbing & they jumped on it & scheduled me or the next day. No emergency fees charged nor making me feel like I dropped the ball (which I did) just true professionalism & being extremely nice. Unfortunately can not remember the young lady who scheduled my appointment but extremely courteous & professional. John ( the tech-(hope that's his name) super nice & also professional. Had an issue with out old unit, Jonathan came out and serviced our unit, and did a few tests and notified us that we are on the short list to our unit dying. We took the plunge with Adam the salesman who came after Jonathan. They deducted the service call from Jonathan. Got busy getting it in during the cool streak we had, and ready to go before heat spell starting tomorrow. Got a fancy new Thermostat that has no idea where i live. GPS is down everywhere from the solar storms. I can now turn it on from my phone wherever I am. They were on time, courteous, cleaned up there messes too. I do believe that Jonathon deserves commendation and so does Adam. Give those men some praise and buy them a fat sandwich and a root beer! They deserve it, and the installers get them a sandwich too, they had to put up with an army of chihuahuas barking at them for 3 days! Great Job!!
