I've had the pleasure of working with Atticman to bolster up the insulation in our attic and more recently a heating maintenance service call. Not only is their pricing fair compared to other big name outfits, but they have always been on time (from consult, to insulation install, to Maintenance service call) and are very easy to communicate with via phone and/or text. Great business. I had 2 AC units installed and they weren’t easy jobs. They did a great job and the professionalism from beginning to end was great. When our furnace stopped working I called Atticman because they had by far the best reviews on Yelp, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Trevor came over promptly and diagnosed that our fan motor had died. They didn’t have a replacement on hand so they had to order it, but a couple days later Trevor was back with the new motor and installed it without incident. He even offered to loan us a space heater in the meantime which we didn’t need because we already had one, but the gesture was appreciated. While he was at it he cleaned the fan blades and housing and ensured that the rest of the system was in good shape. Being the curious type I had a lot of questions about our system which he answered thoroughly and gave me a bit of an education. He was polite, professional, and super kind.
