Great little company with lots of experienced staff and a strong and personable leader in Christopher S. I dealt with Christopher, Beau, Jose and Marshal, and each one of these gentlemen treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I purchased a heating and air conditioning package as well as an additional return. The installers were here right on time. They were so professional and explained exactly what they were going to do throughout the process. I had lots of questions and the installers had all the answers. I was so impressed with the depth of their knowledge and their ability to explain in layman's terms what was going on in their process of installing such a system. I would also like to add that the crane arrived right on time. All debris was neatly stacked and then picked up in the afternoon while the installers were still on the premises. I had a older system, from the late 1990s, and I was worried about it making it through another summer. I had Love and Care out to fix issues on my aging system before I decided to get it replaced and I have also been happy with their service. I called them up and spoke with Mark about my situation and he agreed to come out and give me a quote. Mark came out and inspected my system, took pictures and walked me through what he was seeing from a technical aspect about my system. I have never had a trades company be so transparent about the condition of my system and take the time to explain the current condition and what I could experience in the future. Love and Care is the most professional and honest Heating/Air Conditioning company I’ve had the pleasure to work with. They installed an entire new system at one of my rentals in just 2 days and came in below the estimate (which was great for my budget). Also, the project manager walked me through each step and showed me the pictures he had took explaining every problem and answering all my questions. They showed up on time each day and respected the tenant’s privacy and the property in general.
