I hired this company for an ac ‘tune-up.’ Integrity is their on the arm as their highest value however, the marketing is very misleading. While the technician was professional and knowledgeable, realize you are basically and donating cans paying for an inspection report and estimate of what it would cost to actually tune-up or replace all or part of your system. Gallagher’s scheduled a date and time slot. As the date drew closer, I was given advance notice of the time their technician would arrive. This gave me the opportunity to run errands. Thank you Gallagher’s. I specifically compliment Gallagher’s technician John Hudson for professional excellence. He arrived on time, he explained the meaning of his test readings, he checked the filters, cleaned the unit, and explained the options available to me from Gallagher’s. Proof of excellent service, however, is that the air coming out of my 21 year old Carrier HVAC unit is colder now than before the service. Thank you John.
