Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing

After many false starts on our new HVAC which they installed, Beutler has a new operations manager named Jeff Klith. He knows what he’s doing. He came out to make his own evaluation. Together with two other managers— David Rosenzweig, and Greg Spears, and a tech named Salim, the problems were finally resolved. I think these guys understand that the real purpose of a business is to get and keep customers and to keep doing both —getting and keeping customers. Good on them. I hope senior management understands how to keep these good men employed and happy in their work. As a customer, I’ll drink to that and one for Beutler. Service: Heating system installation

Update: I've added a star because they FINALLY called me back and attempted to resolve things, but only after failing to call me back twice. That being said, it should've never gotten to this point, and it still caused a large amount of aggravation. It is going to take an extended period of exceptional service for me to ever consider recommending Beutler to anyone. Original Review: I'd give 0 stars if I could. A family member purchased a service plan for me as a gift. Since then Beutler has been calling me repeatedly to set up an appointment. I finally set one up. They came out and told me they had no record of a service plan and I would have to pay out of pocket. I asked then why have you been calling me repeatedly to set this up? They said they didn't know. I will be making sure to tell friends and coworkers to not use this company.

Fan in my Air conditioner unit stopped functioning late yesterday afternoon. Wife called and made an appointment between 8-Noon today for service. Cool. I work nights, so i wake up around 3:30pm to find some salesman in my house talking about 15k for a whole new system. What? Basically the guy who showed up this morning was a sleaze, didn’t fix anything, and was more concerned making a sale than fixing my system. You always worry asking your wife to deal with tradesmen and these folks definitely reaffirmed that concern with their shady behavior. On the plus side, my wife mentioned I’m a veteran so they *only* charged us $100 to come out and make a sales pitch I didn’t ask for. Never did find out why the fan stopped working. I guess I’ll see if their competition can figure it out. Highly recommend you do business elsewhere.
