Beutler was able to schedule our exams and estimates late into the night. My parents had a leak in their bedroom ceiling coming from their HVAC at 11:30pm. We frantically looked around for places open 24/7 and found Beutler. They scheduled us for 8:00 am and Alex came right away. He walked my parents through what he believed would beed to be repaired. He was very professional and thorough. Another technician, Tony, came out to give the estimates. All were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work!

Great sale, no follow through. I paid Beutler to install a brand new air conditioning system in my home. A few months later I noticed that the overflow bypass for the condensation drain was dripping on the exterior of one of my windows. We immediately notified your company and you did send a service tech out, who identified the unit was not balanced correctly during installation, which has led to the condensation flowing into the wrong pipe. He said he did not have the tools necessary to fix it, so we were instructed to schedule another appointment with your office. My wife has now been attempting to schedule the work with your office for 6 months. In the meantime, I am developing water damage at the window where this water continues to flow. I will also be leaving the same comment with Home Depot, who promoted your company to do the work. I have been trying to get a technician out to my residents coming up on 24 hours now. I was scheduled to have someone out between 12 and 4 PM yesterday to look into why my air conditioner is not cooling. I ended up calling them multiple times just to see what the status was and when to expect the tech. I was informed that I was still on the book for someone to come out and that dispatch would be in contact with me. I explained that I have a 70+ year old senior living with me and that I am concerned that the heat might be affecting the health negatively. Eventually at 8 PM after I called in again, the representative informed me that I would have to reschedule to tomorrow morning between 8 and 12 noon and promised me that I would be at the top of the list for having a technician since I was a reschedule due to them no call no showing. This morning I woke up and called them again at 8:08 AM to make sure everything was setup with my appointment. They confirmed that everything was good
