The install was a bit more difficult than usual due to a small crawl space but Horacio, the technician was able to make it happen with the best customer service. I have been trying to get a technician out to my residents coming up on 24 hours now. I was scheduled to have someone out between 12 and 4 PM yesterday to look into why my air conditioner is not cooling. I ended up calling them multiple times just to see what the status was and when to expect the tech. I was informed that I was still on the book for someone to come out and that dispatch would be in contact with me. I explained that I have a 70+ year old senior living with me and that I am concerned that the heat might be affecting the health negatively. Eventually at 8 PM after I called in again, the representative informed me that I would have to reschedule to tomorrow morning between 8 and 12 noon and promised me that I would be at the top of the list for having a technician since I was a reschedule due to them no call no showing. This morning I woke up and called them again at 8:08 AM to make sure everything was setup with my appointment. They confirmed that everything was good
