Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I had 14 windows replaced in my home because the previous owners installed the previous windows themselves and they weren't installed correctly. I selected sears because I wanted to be confident that I was getting high quality windows and that they were installed correctly. Unfortunately, I feel that I have ripped off. You can see by the attached pictures that the quality of the finish on the wrap around the windows is extremely poor. I have called and emailed about it and have been told someone will contact me to fix it and I have yet to be contacted about it, even after multiple calls. Recently, I discovered that the locks on two of the windows aren't working properly. I called on this as well and was told someone would get back to me. A week later they have not. This is really concerning since this is safety related and not cosmetic. I recommend not purchasing from Sears.

The crew that helped us from the Sacramento office gave us superb service. Andrey who did the actual install for our cabinet re-surfacing was polite, communicative, considerate and time sensitive besides being a complete artisan in his attention to detail. We could not be more pleased with our kitchen!

Right from the beginning, they worked hard to make this work. New rules made it difficult to find an acceptable place to put the heat pump. They found a good solution. Professional at all times.
