My unit installed last year had problems blowing cool air out during the beginning of summer. It always happened during the late afternoon when no technician was on call. They said they had to be here when it wasn’t working to figure it out so they never figured out the problem. Finally the system corrected itself and ran great the entire hot season. This year the first time I went to use it, it blew out warm air. I tried it 3 more times within 2 days. It still blew out warm air. I called Carlos and he said they hired a new technician that could figure out why this happens. Two technicians came out today, (it is 55 degrees out) and again they can’t figure out what the problem is. They told me to schedule a 5 pm appointment May 12 because it would be 88 degrees. They said for me to call for an appointment and they would also tell the office. I called the office to make the appointments and the system analysis person was rude. He said the techs said the system worked fine. The

Kyle and his team provided an amazing experience and service every step of the way. From the initial requested quotes, to scheduling and installing, this company has been very accommodating. The communication is very smooth and you are updated real time. The install was scheduled within a week from decision. Shout out to the install team for being not only highly knowledgeable/experienced but extra courteous and polite while working in my house.
