The person who scheduled our appointment was so kind and empathetic, and Curtis, our repair technician was prompt, professional, and so incredibly knowledgeable!! They were very polite, professional, and on time. They even offered to move up the service time. Unfortunately, I was unable to take advantage of the offer. They provided details of their work and even provided pictures of what they did, including a picture of the part replaced next to the new one they put in. No bait and switch. This type of service is why we have been recommending Clarke and Rush to our friends for years.

Clarke and Rush replaced my entire system with solar and mini splits in my home 8 years ago. I've only had 1 year that something hasn't broken on the system. I called in Aug/Sept during the heat wave when it broke once again for myself and my renters. 10 days of 100° heat. I still have no AC or heat and it's January. I called in December with no message back. And called again today in January with nothing back about the part I need. Their customer service is less than acceptable and if I could afford to take the whole system out and replace it I would. It's been a dud from the start. Stay away from Clarke And Rush. Don't waste your $$$
