From the time that I first called, all the way through the clean up; the level of service and professionalism provided by Premier Rooter and Plumbing was outstanding to say the least! From the dispatcher to the on-site technicians, they were all friendly, cordial and efficient. They were responsive and worked diligently to get my plumbing system up and running (Old piping from like the 50's collapsed on its self. Shower and toilet were not draining). 12/12/22 I experienced a major sewer breakage in my sewer system. Called Premier Rooter and Plumbing, spoke with Nathaniel the owner, explained my situation and they were out to my home prior to their scheduled arrival time. Assessed the problem, informed me what was required to repair the sewer, provided an estimate, then started the job. They were professional, courteous, timely and completed the repair with minimal downtime. Premieres team members Shane and Francisco we're efficient and informative thru the entire repair process. As a plus, Premier offered financing which was easy-to-use. Once the repair was completed, they did a very good job in cleaning the work area. This was 2nd time using Premier Rooter and Plumbing and because of their professionalism and excellent customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends.
