The service was truly outstanding! I highly recommend this company! I called another highly rated company and they wanted $150 just to come to my home! This company, especially Fernando Garcia, was so professional! He explained my options, took care to help minimize my cost, and was resolved the problem quickly! He also cared enough to check my other bathroom toilets and endured I’d be fine “without” the expense of a new toilet! I am so grateful for good companies! $395 to snake out something I told them would take less than 7 minutes. It took less than 5 minutes for him to do it. That is with getting the equipment out. It was right at the front exactly where I said the issue would be. The rest of the time was spent having them try to sell me on more expensive options we had already said we don't want and can't afford. "No," didn't seem to register. It's not a holiday, there was no travel time expense and it wasn't a difficult job. There was also no reason to have 2 different people show up in 2 different vehicles to try and convince me to spend more when I know what the problem is. If you're going to charge someone that much money at least bring your own way to power your equipment instead of adding yet another expense for the customer. At the end I asked why the price went up. He said it was because we need to replace the pipes because dirt can get in and roots. They didn't pull out any roots or dirt. Just a hairball right in the front. Replac
