Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Arturo did a fantastic job! I had a very unique situation with a hot water heater that had been improperly installed prior to my taking occupancy of the home. He was very polite, and he was amazingly resourceful in providing a temporary solution to the problem that I had (it was late at night, and a permanent solution was not an option until the following day). Perfect service!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Ryan. He was very professional and very courteous.He did a wonderful job he explained Everything to me. He took the time to show me what he was doing and why, and he explained that a technician with the camera would be there the next day so that I could see that everything was cleared out fine. I’ve used other companies before but the professionalism in the attitude that Ryan portrayed to me makes me a Roto router customer from now on. The next day Clyde showed up with the camera, and he also was polite and courteous and professional. My technician was amazing. He came and I hadn’t slept for quite awhile and he waited for 30 minutes to do my service. He fixed it quickly and was so nice and told me a way to help make sure it doesn’t happen again. You should definitely call them. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
