After having a no show with another plumber and a tenant who was waiting for their plumbing to be fixed, I was desperate and called Roto-Rooter. Someone was able to come out in less than 2 hrs from when I called and there clogged drain issue was fixed in less than 3 hrs from when I called. Their communication was fantastic with updates along the way. The technician was great and explained everything. I'm so impressed and happy after a lot of stress dealing with other plumbers.
