Called ahead 10 mins before closing. They had the parts I needed and stayed open so that I could get our heater going. Not only did they stay open, but upon arrival gave me tips and a quick explanation of the installation process. Prices were competitive with online + the explanation was well worth coming. I've been ordering parts here for years and I'm always pleased with the service and reliability of parts being there when you need them.
Sam went above and beyond trying to help me find a door gasket for my Admiral fridge - which Admiral has quit producing! It was very much appreciated. Alas, he didn't find one, but it wasn't for lack of trying! Thanks, Sam! --An
Purchased HVAC Capacitor here today; charged $50. Amazon has it for $19, and granger around $20. Didn’t make a fuss because I like to support the local stores, but this is just pure and simple greed. I’m not willing to go broke for some guy charging way over the average price of parts and will never shop here again if can help it.
