I recently had a problem with a circuit in my home (built in the early 60's). After reaching out for quotes, I was contacted by Fazel from Ampere Electric. I explained to him the problem I was having and arrangements were made for him to come to my house later that morning. He arrived at the time that had been arranged and also called me a short time beforehand so I could make sure my dogs were secured. After explaining to me what he was going to do, he did a complete inspection of the circuit breaker panel (no problems), then started to troubleshoot the problem. After going through everything in great detail, he located the problem and was able to fix it. Throughout the entire process, Fazel was professional and courteous. During the troubleshooting, he explained to me exactly what he was doing and why.
