On 6 Jan 2023 I had your company install a new water heater and water pressure regulator. All are working properly and your employee Donny was knowledgeable and cheerful. The concern I have are the water line connections on top of water heater. Photo attached shows shows a sharp bend in water line I thought was crimped. Donny assured me it would not be a problem and we checked when activated. I was stilled bothered today and so I wanted to show you what it looks like. It seems more line was used than necessary and so it's the workmanship thinking this could have been made more cleaner using less line. I paid a handsome price and thought the connections could have been better. I also would like to know are permits required when installing water heaters?
