Husband texted company at 2:00 am. Heidi from Clima contacted me at 8:00. Technition was out by 10:00. Service was scheduled for the next day. Company techs were prompt and got right to work and when done, they left the room just like it was when they arrived. Proficient, Polite and Professional. I just had Omar of Clima fix my non-working air conditioner by doing a maintenance cleanout of the element for the air conditioner and replacing some important parts. He loves his work it is obvious, from his willingness to come back a second time to get the right model part installed and his eagerness to make right any complaint. I had found my intermittant problem was not fixed with the first visit, so Omar made it right by giving a free second visit the next day, including the part for free!
