Benton Roofing provided excellent work for the RO Condos here in Pacific Beach. Dave Recker, project manager, provided the inspection and the proposal on work to be done on the two buildings. Dave also gave the owners the options for skylights. In addition, he added the options to have T-tops installed while work was being done. I took advantage of this proposal and had two T-tops installed. Mike Ortega, Vice President at Benton Roofing and his crew installed the venting from roof down to bathroom exhaust fan. In my case, it was a challenge to do the venting. With Mike's knowledge, expertise and direction, the crew was able to work around the joist that blocked part of the area where the exhaust fan was to be installed. The electricians came out to install the exhaust fans. With Mike and his crews hard work running the vent down and around the joist, it made it so much easier for the electrician to do his work. They had to remove my garage roof and replace it. They went above and beyond covering everything in my garage to catch any debris and left it clean. They took photos of every step so I could see the damage and the repair, and how the new roof was installed. Excellent job! New roof looks great.
