I was using a space heater and lost power to the rooms and bathroom. It was not a breaker so I called SRP as they came highly recommended on Nextdoor. I spoke to Steve and that’s when I learned. He guided me through some steps but we had no success. They came out on time and quickly found the breaker. They installed a new circuit breaker and wire so we can use the heater anytime without having to worry. Professional white glove service at its finest. We recently worked with Rudy and Eddie plus their team at SRP Electrical. Rudy came out to check our living room outlets and identified that they were part of a larger circuit that was extremely old and a huge fire hazard. The front half of our house had original wiring from thr 40’s and previous owners had just capped part of the old circuit as a cheap fix (leaving some of the outlets dead). Another electrician had taken a look but hadn’t identified that the issue was larger than just our living room outlets. Rudy’s team of 4 guys was able to get to work the very next days and had rewired overhead lights in 3 rooms plus all our living room outlets in just 2 days. This took some gritty work in the 1-foot-high crawl space under our house. His team never complained and always came with a positive attitude. Rudy and Eddie both patiently explained all the issues and answered all the questions we had. We would highly recommend SRP and Rudy/Eddie!
