All the technicians have been very professional. The receptionist has also been amazing. There was a small mix up on both their end and mine and they went above and beyond to fix it, honor their commitment to the customer and ensure customer satisfaction. Given my role in that mix up, I was shocked and extremely pleased they were willing to honor their commitment to me. Highly recommend the company. As a side note my (not so new anymore) HVAC system has worked beautifully and the new duct they put in has completely transformed the comfort in my bedroom. It's no longer the hottest room in the house. The whole house is comfortable! Thanks.

The team from Guthrie & Sons removed our houses's old heating and A/C system and installed a new heat pump system. They arrived on time and finished a little earlier than estimated, and left the house in very good shape. Before starting, Kareen, the team leader, explained everything they were going to do, and afterwards he went through the list again and showed me the ins and outs of the new equipment. It's too early to say how the system will work out, but I'm quite happy with the experience we had with the installation and with our initial consultation. We recently had Guthrie replace our 1960s gas furnace with a Bosch mini split system. Kareen and his crew were fantastic. We’ve worked with quite a few contractors and this experience was easily the most positive. The team was communicative, talking us through what the process would look like at each step. They listened to what mattered to us visually and practically, and when they discovered obstacles due to the construction of our home, Kareen gave clear explanations of our options. He gave us recommendations that reflected our preferences such that I could tell he had heard us before. Kareen and team stayed past 8 pm on the night they had said the job would be complete. I was impressed by their dedication to being on time. Even working late, and with our overly enthusiastic puppy barking her head off, the crew was positive and calm. I would work with these guys again 100 percent.
