Michael is top notch!! We had some water leaking inside due to the recent rain recently, and Michael was able to squeeze us in quickly, let us know what time he would be over, and actually gave us updates throughout the morning that he was still tracking to be on time! When he got here, he did a thorough examination of our interior and exterior, identified our issues, and did all the repairs same day. At the end of the repairs, he put everything back to how it was when he got here, and spent the last few minutes vacuuming up any related dust. Amazing attention to detail, thorough in his exam, high quality work, and great at communicating before he arrived, and throughout his work. Will definitely work with him again!
