Great work done by a very well trained electrician. Work was started and completed on time and on budget. Very happy with this company. Zed Electric has always been a great company to work with. This latest issue happened during the holidays and they had someone at my house within an hour and fixed the water heater problem the same day. I recommend this company without reservation. Every time they performed the work on time and within the quoted price. Plus, the electricians have been very courteous, respectful of my house and very friendly and efficient. Needed a few things done in the house and found Zed online. Called and scheduled an estimator to come out. The initial interaction and estimation was good. Until it came time for the quote. It turns out their hourly labor rate is $240!!! When I asked with disbelief if I heard that correctly, he said that's correct, and that's what other reputable companies charge. This is simply not true. I called another reputable company that's fully licensed and does residential and commercial electrical work that a neighbor recommended and they charge $125. Not only that, the estimated hours from Zed were very inflated, so in the end Zed's quote was FOUR times higher than what the other company charged me. For what they charge, I would hope their work is flawless, but don't believe that their costs are reasonable - they're absolutely not.

The ZED Electric Team is outstanding. Nicest electricians out there. Even the head honcho himself has come out to my father's house to help with the old wiring there.
