It was somewhat disappointing that in the many reviews listed above, I only noticed one review regarding landscaping. We were told they had been doing landscaping for around 16 years, and it seemed strange there was only one review. Suncoast relandscaped our front yard from dirt and a few weeds to a desertscape and used plants that I already had in the backyard which saved a little money in not having to purchase new plants. They were very timely in arriving to work, very friendly and willing to please, and each day they left the property nicely cleaned up. The job was finished in four days and we are happy with the looks of it. We had a little problem with the sprinkler control due to an SDG&E electrical outage, and Mario was kind enough to make a special trip out to get it working correctly again -- much appreciated, Mario.

The first meeting we had with Suncoast was with Jim on July 15. We were pleased with the presentation and signed up on the same day. The work was done professionally and the patio cover is beautiful. The reason I'm only rating them 4-star is because the work was not finished until Sep 4 - almost 7 weeks later when we were quoted 2-3 weeks to get our patio cover. I had to contact Suncoast several times to find out the status - they should have been updating me instead. I know COVID has messed up the supply chain but it's still not an excuse to not communicate with the customer.

The roof itself, that was redone, is good. Job is nicely done. Sales rep was accommodating to come a late evening to explain and show the type of work needed but once the contract is signed, you don't hear from him anymore, no follow-up or client satisfaction visit. The roofing workers team is good but you don't know if they will come the next day or following week, because the daily communication is far from being great. No updates on the progress or if they encounter situations somewhere else that keeps the team from coming. If I do business again, I would be more direct with my expectations. In the end, roof looks good. No it actually looks great. I wanted to add that it was thoughtful to inform us that the garage was too flat to do regular shingles and had to be redone up to codes with a different layer. Cheers. Service: Roof repair
