Doug is really helpful. He is very professional. He gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival. He is very knowledgeable and immediately identified the issue and explained to me very well. I proposed two suggestions, one of them is to get a new toilet - he kindly wrote down the toilet brand, model, and all related info. The other suggestion is to replace the valve. He gave me quotes for both suggestions and let me decide. After I decide what to do, he came to my condo the second time, and quickly installed the new valve. Called about a broken disposal and leaking sink. Appointment was scheduled for the following day. The technician, Juan, called when he was 15 minutes away and arrived promptly. He was super professional and friendly. He was able to fix the issue in less than hour. Amazing service and quality work. We will definitely be using Mr Rooter for all of our future plumbing needs!!
