Matt guided us through a big (for us) project, replacing our old furnace and duct work. In the conception/planning phase he showed us all alternatives, laying out pros and cons without being pushy. We ultimately went with a heat pump instead of a traditional furnace/AC combination. Matt has great people, the install went without a snag, and the inspection by the city was totally uneventful.
