All of the technicians were prompt, polite & knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. They left the worksite spotless after thoroughly checking that system worked perfectly. Mike Falcone gave me a reasonable quote for installing a new AC/Heating System for our house. Mike even made an offer without losing any of my build it cabinets and closet space. Even though the installation took longer than expected, Mike’s guys (Tim, Alan & the rest) were always professional, prompt & ready to answer any questions you throw at them. I highly recommend Mike and his team, you won’t be disappointed!

A pipe in our house burst on Christmas Eve day. Falcone had someone out to my house very quickly. They got the leak fixed and were very knowledgable about how to solve the problem! They are very reputable, a couple summers ago our AC went out. We had a different company come out. They said we needed a new AC unit at a cost of ~$15K. We called Falcone for a competing quote. Falcone determined that we didn't need a new unit at all. They fixed the existing unit. We had working AC again and it was an easy fix!
