I called & spoke with Sanae. She informed me that they can have someone come right away. Vic, the technician who came out, was very professional. He arrived within 45 mins of me calling & speaking to Sanae. Vic quoted a price that was still too high for our budget, but was able to put a cap on the pipe to stop the leaking water.
