Is the vibe of the people doing the heavy lifting onsite positive, constructive, respectful; are they having fun, do they enjoy being together, have they been around for a long time? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. This is all about leadership and tells me most of what I need to know about the quality of the finished product I can expect.
