This company was wonderful. I was having some electrical issues and of course it fell during the Rogers outage. Luckily, Benjamin was on a different network. They were able to come the next day, earlier than they said originally - which allowed me to call early to get a temporary fix (generator b/c the problem was with an outside line). David demonstrated great customer service and fitting me in on a Saturday was much appreciated. Great communication.

UPDATE: So about a week after my service, the owner of the company Omri called me and inquired about my review. He heard my complaint and was super apologetic about the situation. He stated that he would reprimand his staff and asked what he could do to remedy the issue. I told him that I totally felt I was overcharged for the type of service that was actually provided and he asked me what a fair price was for what was actually done. I told him and he offered me a refund for the difference. I really appreciate how he offered to repair the mishap and really wanted to save the name of his business. That was important to him and was impressive to me. I would give them another try in the future if I run into any electrical problems again.
