My dryer broke so I reached out and I requested a quote on a Sunday morning. It’s now 1:30pm on Monday and my dryer is fixed! The repair person was able to diagnose and repair the issue within 45 minutes. The pricing was lowest from the three companies from which I requested estimates on Angie’s List. I’ll definitely use them again.

Jason K came out to repair our dishwasher for a leak and after running it a few times he stated there was nothing wrong with it. He charged $70 just for looking and telling me there was no issue. After he left I drained the dishwasher and the leak happened again. I called 4 times for them to come back with no call back. This company is a scam. Service: Dishwasher repair

With a failing dishwasher during the pandemic, First Appliance always came through without missing a beat! Their first representative reset the machine to recover it first. After failing for a second time (clearly a hardware issue buried in the motherboard) they ordered the correct part and had it installed the day it arrived putting it back to working condition. This team is professional and has demonstrated amazing debugging skills. They demonstrated friendly and informative service, wearing a mask throughout the entire process - which is very difficult to do over several hours.
