I received referral by a friend to replace entire HVAC system and called Dmitry. He came and inspect the house and gave me estimate on the same day which was on Sep 30th. The work officially started on Oct 17th and they were done on Oct 19th. The area was spotless everyday after they are done. Dmitry and his crews were very professional. He also arranged all the HERS testing and city inspection. Everything was done on Nov 4th. The company is very dependable and this is my fastest home project and highly recommended. Dmitry and team did an excellent job designing and installing a heat pump system in our house. The house has 4 split levels, so the project was far from straightforward. The design Dmitry proposed met all our zoning and esthetic needs. They installed a heat pump air handler unit in tight crawl space under the house, and placed external unit away from the house to minimize noise. As we agreed, they reused some of the existing ducts, replaced the ones that contained asbestos, and installed new ones to climate control rooms that were previously not heated, as well as installed extra air returns so that we could installed sealed doors for noise management. Dmitry also handled all the paperwork with the city, got me a last-minute rebate, and passed the inspection from the first try. I've heard a lot of horror stories about different components of heating systems not working well together, and was thrilled that in my case everything has been working reliably for over 6 months.
