ARS/Rescue Rooter Plumbing Sewer Drains

So I learned a hard lesson. Look around more. The thing that really makes me mad is the fact that I felt fleeced by these guys and will never use them again. I think its absolutely horrible that they take advantage of people like my elderly mother especially during covid times. They overcharged her by at least 1000 dollars. The sink they installed is of very poor quality and it is rotting away. The toilet is so big smaller people will have a difficult time using it. So I could go on and on because this work happened some time ago but the sink should not rot. I like them to make reparations. I've since found God reasonable plumber that does not rip me off. We have used ARS/Rescue Rooter several times and been very happy with them. Today, I called because none of our toilets would flush and the shower wouldn't drain. I called at 9:40am, got two calls afterwards updating me on the arrival time of the plumber. The plumber was finished and gone by 11:15, including running a camera down the drain line before and after the repair and augering out the tree roots that were blocking the pipe, all for $88.
