Adrian Was very professional, courteous and helpful. Walked us through every step of the process and did not do anything until we were fully aware of what needed to be done and it had been thoroughly explained to us. He did his best to keep the cost down to a minimal while still doing the maximum amount of work. Very satisfied Service: Toilet repair
I waited 12 hours for a plumber to show up. No one ever did, and I had to call repeatedly to get updates, all of which were inaccurate. This company is apparently unaware of the ‘No Show’ law in CA, which means they can be sued when they don’t show up for a scheduled 4 hour window. These folks didn’t show up, didn’t show up, didn’t show up. I don’t recommend using them.
Jerry was awesome and friendly. As first time home owners we had no idea what could be wrong with our plumbing. He was helpful and informative and very professional. He gave us a great action plan and saved the event we were planning for the next day! Service: Drain cleaning
