They did a total re-piping of our house, which because our mid-century modern home is on a slab, required them to run all the pipes over the roof. We also went with a better tankless water heater with a recirculation system, which cost more but I believe was worth it. Overall we are pretty happy with everything and most of the work was of a very good quality. Most of the workers were very competent and capable. There were a couple of little flubs, which I felt the workers knew about, but were left for us to discover. One involved a small bathroom pedestal sink that was removed and hung in shoddy fashion, with a drain pipe leak. The other was a crack in the vanity sink in the other bathroom. We had to be persistent about getting these problems addressed, but they eventually took care of them. The biggest issue I had would be they were not so good at times with communication.
