Communication was good. The breaker kept tripping after installed but they came back and replace it, and promised to follow up if it keeps tripping again. Inspection took time to schedule with the city but they followed up pretty well and kept me updated. Service: Electric car charger installation

Absolute bang up job. I'm a disabled combat veteran and I don't have a lot of cash on hand. the first company I called said they could so the job for 1300 bucks. I called Willow Glen Electric and they quoted me at 700. The tech’s Ray and Zack (or Zach not sure on the spelling) were promote, respectful and did the job perfectly as instructed. There's nothing to complain about here as they were courteous professionals that explained every snag they hit and even cleaned up well after they were done. Be very careful of Willow Glen's workmanship! See photo. Contracted to add new 20amp circuit to master bath. After cutting sheetrock electrician found a pipe. Instead of moving the electrical box to the left and repairing the sheetrock they just hacked the back of the electrical box off and stuck it back in the wall. Fire hazard, code violation and gross negligence. In addition no GFIC outlets were installed for this new bathroom circuit. All bathroom outlets require GFIC per code. Called them back out to get it fixed and to code. Then found 3rd bathroom outlet run off the new outlet not wired to GFIC. I had to open their new outlet, rewire the 3rd outlet correctly, patch and paint the sheetrock myself. My request for a discount was ignored as was my request for corrective action for their staff. Workmanship standards, understanding of the electrical code, training and corporate culture all come into question.
