Golden Bear is definitely a local small business you can trust. TK, the owner is extremely responsible, responsive and respectful. He makes sure to keep your concerns in mind and relays these to his team. His pricing is fair and his team of guys are professional. They will not rush a job and cut corners and instead make sure that everything is done correctly. I had a fairly large project that I asked them to do, in order to convert my home from a hydronic central heating system + AC into a system using a mini split heat pump to supply both heating and cooling. So far this system has not disappointed. As TK assured me, it is quiet, efficient, and smart and it has lived up to that expectation.
