Gomez Sewer and Drain

Not good at all. I was hopeful from reading all of the 5 star reviews but I had a bad experience. There was water damage around my toilet so I thought that it just needed a new wax seal and hose. They put in the wax seal and anchors but later that night the damage got worse!!! Started flooding our downstairs bathroom (below upstairs bathroom). They did not replace the super old hose and they didn’t notice that the top part of the toilet was leaking onto the old hose. Husband was able to replace the hose and part in top part of toilet easily. We need to replace the toilet as a whole but we won’t be calling them Service: Toilet repair

The lady in the office mixed up scheduling the same job twice this week, she said Tuesday but scheduled for Wednesday. She scheduled for 2:00 - 4:00 PM but at 6:00 PM, no plumber and then dropped the job, leaving a resident without use of his shower/bathtub for 3 days. The apartment manager had to scramble to find another plumber at the last minute. Go-Mez Plumbing doesn't schedule the day they tell you, they don't show when they're scheduled to arrive, they don't call to let their client know they would be late and they renege on the job altogether. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend using them as they will leave you in a bind. Service: Drain cleaning
