The most wonderful customer service and staff I have ever encountered with a business. I called Hussey and spoke to Edith. She was very pleasant and scheduled a time the following week to have Kyle come out to look at our old furnace. Kyle was prompt and efficient in accessing our needs for a replacement. To my surprise, he let me know that there had been a cancellation in the morning for the following day and asked if I was available to have my new unit installed then. Unfortunately, I had to work. He replied "No problem, you can leave a key and we will do the work for you". What a pleasant surprise! I came home that night and my system was installed and working! I had asked if it could be hooked up to my Nest system, but upon arriving home it wasn't. I called Edith and she got in touch with my installer and unfortunately my Nest was not compatible and that I could remove it. I replied that I did not know how to remove it and put the new one up.
