Legacy installed the new roof on our custom home in Palo Alto. We're happy with the roof but a little disappointed that water condensation runs down onto the concrete below leaving wet spots all around the house. We tried various fixes but nothing worked. Ryan from Legacy said that's just the nature of the design and couldn't come up with a fix for it. I would recommend not having concrete under any of your roof, the wet spots aren't visible when they're on tanbark or pavers. Service: Roof installation
