Noam and the All Bay team is who you want doing the HVAC work in your house. We had serious issues with our ducts. It had holes in it and there was asbestos exposed. There was asbestos in other places in the attic. Our insulation was down to nothing and our heating bill was through the roof. We got quotes from several places and although Noam wasn't the cheapest, he was the most well-versed in terms of HVAC work. Most other places sent their salesmen to give us quotes but Noam came and explained the whole process and why he charging a bit more. His team came on a Sunday to get the asbestos work done (he has his own asbestos license). They sealed the whole place up nicely and were super efficient. Then they came back the next day to wrap up the rest of the work. Then Noam sent another crew to clean up the furnace/AC and finish the rodent proofing. We had really old heating, duct, insulation systems and no cooling, so we wanted to do everything as a whole package. As a big project, we want to do a thorough homework before settling on a contractor. We considered these factors: price, rebate/inspection handling, quality (license/review), one stop service--we don't have to deal with multiple vendors. After interviewing almost 10 contractors, All Bay was the clear winner, and we are very happy about the result so far after enjoying it for almost 3 months. 1. Price: their price is for sure competitive. There will always be cheaper options, but Noam is reasonable, especially given they provide one stop solution with good quality products. I had a contractor with cheaper options on some services/second class products, but I also need to find insulation from other places. 2. Rebate/inspection: the process was smooth, and they were driving the process until finish, instead of me pushing them: peach of mind. They did things by the book so
