We had got our roof done through this company. They were very professional and git job done on time. Owner of this company was prompt to all my messages & maintained regular updates throughout entire installation. They also went beyond their ways to accommodate schedule of my solar removal & installation guys. It is unfortunate that I have to share this negative experience. My roof leaked as a result of the recent storm and I was recommended Rudy by my neighbor's realtor. After Rudy Sr. came by, he introduced me to his son Rudy Jr. to fix the roof. I quickly coordinated with Rudy Jr. The first time scheduled, the night before, he contacted me to cancel and push to the next day. Unfortunately I was going out of town so we made plans to meet the week after. I messaged him 3 times before to confirm. When the day comes, he messages me 26 mins before that he's working on another client instead and to reschedule AGAIN. After I called him out for rescheduling on me twice with no notice, he blamed me as a client. He blamed me for going out of town (I was out of town for a week and this would not have been a problem if he didn't reschedule on me the first time).
