Rudy did a phenomal job with my roof installation. He provided guidance through out the entire process and the craftmanship is top level due to his life dedication to the roofing field. He has great knowledge and experience with water proofing. Rudy installed my roof and gutters a few years ago and I have not had a single problem. It's been great to have such a good looking roof that was installed perfectly and I get the piece of mind that comes with a great quality roof and installation. It is unfortunate that I have to share this negative experience. My roof leaked as a result of the recent storm and I was recommended Rudy by my neighbor's realtor. After Rudy Sr. came by, he introduced me to his son Rudy Jr. to fix the roof. I quickly coordinated with Rudy Jr. The first time scheduled, the night before, he contacted me to cancel and push to the next day. Unfortunately I was going out of town so we made plans to meet the week after. I messaged him 3 times before to confirm. When the day comes, he messages me 26 mins before that he's working on another client instead and to reschedule AGAIN. After I called him out for rescheduling on me twice with no notice, he blamed me as a client. He blamed me for going out of town (I was out of town for a week and this would not have been a problem if he didn't reschedule on me the first time).
