Plumbing Tech is an excellent company and I highly recommend them as we will absolutely be using them in our future home projects. They completely remodeled our guest shower area, which previously had no running water to it and installed a new bathtub and beautiful tile work. They were beyond efficient, professional and our bathroom was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. We hope to have them do our kitchen next! Adrian is a plumber you can trust. I replaced all of the plumbing in my house. First, he took accountability for the quality of work that he and his team provided. When his team made a mistake, he jumped to action and fixed the problem. Second, he was generally on time, and even early to his appointments. Third, he was extremely responsive to text messages, even when unexpected issues arose. Fourth, he had great knowledge in his field, and didn't try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I chose Adrian because out of the plumbers I spoke with, he could see from my prospective, how expensive things would cost, and he offered fair solutions. He took initiative and let me know about issues that he noticed, without trying to upsell me. Fifth, he had a good heart. He was generous with his skill, time, and much more.
