I thought I might have an odor and perhaps a rooter job needed, called Adrian and he sent tech right away to assess the situation. Turns everything is fine and that might have a dead rodent issue somewhere in my garage. So no service was necessary, but I appreciate the quick responsiveness from team. Will use Adrian and team for future plumbing issues! Thank you so much Adrian.
The plumber was professional and courteous. He fixed my toilet leak very well. (I needed a new wax seal). Highly recommended.
Unlike the various ‘Rooter’ companies, Plumbing Tech quoted a reasonable rate for the work that needed to be done. They started the project as soon as they could and finished in two days. The jobs were an re-pipe and a new sewer line to the sidewalk. Adrian is a great communicator and very responsive. I added on a couple of toilets and the installation cost was very friendly. He even came back out and replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis unit at no additional cost. Everything is working fine. I highly recommend Plumbing Tech.
