Scheduling service was easy and they send you notifications and tracker to let you know when the service person will arrive. Our service engineer Alan was on time and professional. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and did a great job explaining the issue. Will update the review after our replacement part arrives and is installed.

The service charges were reasonable and well worth the outstanding level of service I received. I truly feel that I got more than my money's worth, and I am grateful for the peace of mind that this inspection brought me. What impressed me the most was the technician's attention to detail. Richard took the time to explain each step of the inspection, providing me with valuable insights into the current condition of my air conditioner. I stumbled upon Service Champions through Google when our air conditioner had problems. I set the appointment (super easy to do) and waited. Ryan came out a bit later than scheduled BUT I was informed ahead of time and the communication was great. Like most places, the repair prices for the parts are a little pricy, however, the service and the professionalism make up for the costs. Ryan & his supervisor Stephen were really informative as well. I appreciated the extra time that they took to help me wrap my head around the problems we were experiencing.
