Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning

Joseph was great! I appreciate the time that he took to explain everything post inspection and the discount offered for the service. With that said, the service overall provided by this company has been incredibly disappointing. While the reason my appointment today was canceled was due to circumstances outside of the technicians’ control, I cannot excuse the service provided by the company as a whole. My roommates and I have been without AC since this past Saturday and it’s been rough with no AC in the middle of a heatwave. I made arrangements to be at my residence today to make sure that this was taken care of, and it was not. Now, I have an appointment scheduled on a day that I had other commitments. I have received service from another company in the past and it was much better. We should definitely get compensated for this inconvenience.

Very efficient, professionally operated company I have been with for about three years now. Service personnel are always polite, respectful, and professional. Matthew was my service man today, and he gave a clear analysis and explanation of his inspection when it was completed. With this company, I never get the sense that they’re trying to sell me on work I don’t really need. In short, I trust this company, and that is a value I regard highly but find infrequently in many companies I deal with today. This company reminds me of the kind of service one expected to receive back in the old days (I’m 73). They really are “service champions.” Service: Heating system maintenance

Technician, Danny Darden, was on time and professional in every way. He was knowledgeable, thorough & caring. Danny did the actual installation work—obvious he knows what he’s doing. When done—everything worked great!! Our sales person, Tim, stopped by to make sure the installation was going as promised. It was! Thanks you for the very positive service call experience!
