Certified Roofing Specialists installed a new roof and solar on my home in 2019. Did a beautiful job at a great price. Just recently I had an issue with the solar. Omar showed up a day early with his crew and quickly took care of the issue. If only every contractor I use was like that. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We looked around for quotes to replace our roof. We had water damage from the rain earlier this year and the shingles have been falling off over time. We went with this company because the price was the best compared to other places and we have several family members who used this company for their own repairs. The foreman/project manager Juan Carlo was very friendly and communicative. He answered all my questions/concerns and kept me updated throughout the re-roofing process. Very professional and great quality of work. Also very fast, it took them a little less than 3 days replace roof of my house (rougly 1700 sq ft). I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
*Latest Update* Juan was able to work with me to make it right. He really does take ownership of his work. *Unfortunately it has been about 6 months and there is a turn for the worse. I tried contacting the company when I noticed that the ridge vents were not properly installed to allow air flow. Basically there is supposed to be a cut into the wood below the vent to allow the air to flow out, but that was not done. Despite multiple pictures and attempts to reach out to the company, they would not take any action. This has been a very poor experience and I am forced to revise my rating.* Certified Roofing Specialists did a full re-roofing of my single story home in Cerritos. They offered me a competitive rate, but the best part was meeting Juan. Juan is the team leader for the roofing work and is the kind of person you want working on your home.
