Leo was helpful in determining what roof materials we needed and Juan and his crew competed the work in 3 days and promised to leave our property clean after each day of removal and installation which they did. The communication with Leo, the sales representative and Juan, the foreman on the job was clear, correct and complete. We were not looking forward to having this work done on our house due to the close proximity to our neigbors and were very pleased that it was such a pleasant experince. Service: Roof inspection

Certified Roofing Specialist were great. They completed my roof replacement in 4 days instead of the 7 days they estimated. Also, added gutters around the whole house within a few hours, so fast! Their workers are fast and their craftsmanship was excellent. Jose and his team were punctual and responded to my calls/text right away. If I had any questions or concerns, Jose and Jesus would always be there to answer them. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I normally don't write unsatisfactory reviews for companies because I usually give the business a chance to resolve an issue, but after 3 months of waiting for Certified Roofers to schedule someone to come back to take a look at a repair they did for our house, I don't know what other recourse I have before I need to take them to small claims court to get a refund. So, my hope is that their company reads this and understands that NOT following up or re-scheduling a visit is not good business. Hopefully, I'll get a response ASAP and get my leaking roof repaired as the damage continues to grow after each rain (twice since repair) and who is going to pay for that? Service: Roof repair
