We moved into our home in 2020 and we've always been a bit uncomfortable with the temperature in the house. 2 years later the compressor starts to cough and kicking the circuit breaker, causing me to have to reset it every time. In the middle of a hear wave with 2 young kids that's extremely uncomfortable. We had quite the adventure with home warranty and ended up getting multiple points of view from repairs to replacements for our 18 year old system that was dying. Allegiance was recommended to me by a neighbor when I had already had a couple of bids but for some reason wasn't convinced, so I called, they scheduled me a few days away. Andrew came and did a very thorough inspection and review of the current state of our system, including duct work. He was the most honest and direct hvac pro I had spoken with regarding this situation. I appreciated that so so much as he wasn't pushy or speaking in industry terms that I do not understand. I called them for a 90 y/o woman during the heat wave. Even though they were booked, they made time for her that day. Eddie was very nice and did not try to sell her anything. He made his recommendations and left it at that. Thank you Allegiance and Eddie.
