The air/fan setting was not hooked up our newly installed heater. GREAT customer service from service tech& AWESOME they have interns that are training- however when I called the office, the (younger) girl was not apologetic that I was frustrated that this was not working and she couldn't even LOOK INTO when someone could come out until "tomorrow". When I called later another older lady answered, she clearly has WAY more experience in customer service, or cares more about the company. Very clear in their responses & even tone towards "the customer" when she is the FACE OF THE COMPANY ANSWERING PHONE CALLS AND FIRST POINT OF CONTACT TO CUSTOMERS. **Will update stars after service tech comes out to fix minor thing. Because she deserves 1 star, but the technicians definitely deserve 5! Services: Installation, Heating system installation

We have used Jerry’s for years and they have always been professional and go beyond expectations to help us. Recently they installed a new ac for us and did an awesome job! I would Highly recommend this company to anyone! We love they are local to Santee and employ great guys!!
